Forum

Do not bash other members or their characters. It will not be tolerated. If you are caught, you will be warned. If you continue to do it, you will be banned. Anyone that is being harassed, contact an Admin or MOD right away and we will take care of the situation. A general good rule of thumbs is to treat people the way you would want to be treated.

Now, while the staff is not infallible, they are staff for a reason. Meaning, if they tell you that what you are doing is wrong, it probably is and you should stop. The staff knows what they are doing, and are only looking out for your best interest. Do not make their job harder by arguing with them over trivial matters.

If you feel that there is corruptness with the admins or mods, or unfair treatment and you have substantial proof, then bring it to an administrator and they will further the investigation, dealing with it accordingly.

This forum is PG-13. Katekyo Hitman Regenesis has a wide range of ages and it welcomes all of them. We want to make this a friendly environment that everyone can enjoy. Now what exactly does "PG-13" entail? Swearing is allowed in the site, but to an extent. Occasional swearing is tolerable, but extensive swearing is not allowed. Any form of intolerance/harassment because of religion, race, gender, etc. is forbidden. Discrimination is not allowed. Illegal drug references are definitely forbidden. These mentions are for all aspects of the forum. Posts, Avatars, Signatures, etc~

Kissing and/or mild, flirtatious behavior is not considered mature. Anything that involves touching in inappropriate areas, and other posts dealing with such acts will be considered mature and is not allowed.

Do not spam. Making a post in a thread that has no relevance to that specific topic is considered spam. We here at Katekyo Hitman Regenesis wish to keep the forum looking as professional and clean as possible. This means if you don't have anything to add to the conversation, don't say it. Also, be sure to [keep on topic] of the thread, if you don't it’s considered not relevant to the thread and therefore, spam. Also, so I know you have continued to read the rules. Add to your previous PM sentence this: And if I do break the rules, I give her permission to own and pawn me.

Do not double post. The only places you are allowed to double post are in the traveling forum or on your own when in OOC when you're about to leave for school etc.. If you do double post, all except your first post will be deleted. There is an edit button on your post if you forgot to add something. Use it.

Do not type L1k3 Th1S. It looks like crap and it is hard to read. Your posts will be deleted if you do.



Role Playing

You can roleplay in five topics or less at a time. If you are at five and wish to join another you must leave that topic or wait for it to be completed. If you are caught role playing in more than five (trust me you will), all posts after you joined the fifth will be deleted.

You can have up to 1 character per account, but if you want more, you can create another account. Yes, you can have more than one account. You can make your characters RP against themselves effectively, and it can minimise confusion between characters of one account. It's up to you. However, I'm sure you won't get stuck RPing with yourself (where's the fun in that, right?)

Before you can begin RP you must have an approved profile. Approval is usually done the same day. If your profile is not approved, an Admin or MOD will request you to change it.

Your RP posts must be at least 5 - 7 sentences long. The longer the post, the happier Admin and MODs will be. Do not post one liners. If you post a one liner it will be deleted and you will have to repost.
Examples of one liners:
He walked into the cafeteria and sat at a table.

Or

“Oh! It’s been so long since I’ve seen you. I can’t believe this! I was just thinking about you the other day and now you’re here. How are you and what have you been doing?” He said.

Each of your characters can participate in more than one RP at a time. Although the time in the RP in the posts in the RP world would be different.


DO NOT GODMOD!!! YOu cannot doge forever. You have a limit. You will be freaking banned if you try!

Flame

*You may only have one attribute of Flame. You may only be members of families that use the same classification of flame. Families need all types of flames. By making a family, your original attribute of flame becomes a secondary attribute to the main attribute of the Family. Example: You are a member of the Fede Family and you create another, you get Sky flame and your original flame. Neither Flame can have greater than B-Rank Purity however.

*With the Illusory Flames such as Mist and Desert, the illusions need to be practical. You can create and change a lot in what they see. But you can't mess with actual distances or time. However you can use your illusions to cause friendly-fire. they cannot use illusory powers to mimic other flames

Will

*Your will is the energy you use to attack. All Abilities expend Will. At different Ranks abilities expend different amounts of Will.
E-Rank: 5 Will Per Use
D-Rank: 10 Will Per Use
C-Rank: 20 Will Per Use
B-Rank: 30 Will Per Use
A-Rank: 40 Will Per Use
S-Rank: 50 Will Per Use

*You Will Post Your Will Count at the end of every Post since an ability is used.

Travel
Travel is required to go from one country to another. Travel is also required for traveling from one part of the country to another. Travel is not required if you remain in the same city.

Travel requires a minimum of 5 posts and 500 words for an individual traveler. If you change countries, it requires 7 posts and 1000 words.

If you travel in groups, the requirement are multiplied by the number of travelers.

As you travel, you may be ambushed by other players or NPCs controlled by the Staff.

If the hostile is another player, you may not run, however NPCs, you may run from.
