Ability: Fen can release a loud piercing screech of sky flames to stop any flame based attacks from reaching naruhi. Fen can only use this three times as the loud-pitched screech can affect naruhi's hearing. The screech would be cone-shaped in raidus and can repel b rank or lower flame projectile attacks up to 10 feet from naruhi.

In cambio form, naruhi takes on a ninja like oufit with stars on top part of his shoulders. His sword reikuto changes shape and a long chain of sky flames comes out the handle of the sword. In this form, naruhi's speed and attack power is increased by 200% but his defense is weakened by 50%.

You can only have 1 rank either A or S and decrease by 1.5x and increase by 1.5x are both multiply by the same number and therefore the same

What rank of flame attacks can you deflect with your screech? we suggest that it can block any projectile flame attack b or lower and your attack should be a cone of screech coming from fen's mouth not omni-directional. this cone also has to have a designated range.
