Sicario is on his way...to defend sushi

Sicario sits in the back seat of a 4 door black sedan with a driver in the front and all the windows tinted. Sicario is using his desert flame to trick the driver into believing that he is drving the president to a meeting but in reality he is driving Sicario Niebla the expert assassin to his liason in Europa. Regardless, Sicario did a lot of jobs in Europa and there are plenty of people here that hate the Desierta Rey his alias and by now he isn't sure how many of them have figured out that he is the desert assassin that has taken countless lives. So, he keeps a lookout as he travels and has also managed to disguise himself as a middle aged man of aproximately the age of 45 and keeps an eye out through his window as he travels along the rather desolate highway

"I almost forgot how much of a bore the drive from Headquarters to Europa was..."

The car comes screeching to a stop at a rather isolated and desolate dock as the driver turns around to talk to sicario in the back seat after putting the car in park.

"Here you are Mr. President, as you requested"

"You've done your country a great service young man, you're free to go now"

Sicario calmly steps out of the car and watches the car make a u-turn and drive back the way it came. the mind control would not break until he reached his destination. Once the car had dissapeared from Sicario's field of vision he wrapped himself in his desert sand completely allowing it to spiral around him from head to to until he looked like Sicario Niebla once again and he walked to the edge of the dock facing Europa.

"well, it certainly is going to be a long fly...but planes aren't cheap and i shouldn't be too lazy i'll get rusty"

"It should take me not too long to get there my way"

Sicario holds his hands slightly tilted away from his sides as he begins to charge a tremendous amount of desert flame around and below him. what appears to be desert sand starts gathering around Sicario's head and begins spiraling all the way down till it reaches the bottom of his italian shoes.

Then there was a boom

the desert flame had created compressed a mirage that acted as a pocket of compressed air directly under Sicario and he was launched flying in the air as if he himself had jumped miles into the air and forward as he was now far from the dock and surrounded only by ocean. as he began falling back to the ocean the desert sand around his feet expanded to make a moving platform that contstantly rolled Sicario forward quickly without ever letting him fall. Sicario could feel the desert sands moving around underneath his feet to give him the appearence as if he was sliding on sand in midair above the vast ocean but sicario moved quickly and as fast as a missile sicario was on his way to Europa.

As Sicario flew, a man was standing on the surface of the ocean awaiting Sicario. The man sends a lash of water infused with Sea Flames at him.
A level 7 Sea Flame User attacks.
The lash arcs at Sicario intending to pass him on the right and whip back to his left shoulder blade.

Sicario makes a rapid descent on his sand platform easily dodging the attack as sicario begins to charge an attack and is now level with his attacker glaring at his as he stands on the surface of the ocean.

"a sea flame user? that's not common, now what gives me the pleasure and you the inconvenience of meeting with me?"

Sicario takes out his Desierta Sangre in its full glory as its red steel shines against the sunlight

"I am of a group called the Mare Rinnovo. Our goal is to use the Mare Polpo to enlarge the world's oceans."
The Sea User begins building flame into his left hand building up an attack.
"You may be on your way to stop it, you won't be able to."
The Mysterious attacker releases his flame into the water beneath him. Large swirling columns of water burst out of the water and swirl together. The water columns grow engulfing the man.

"well now this looks bad, doesn't it?"

Sicario flies up and over the water columns now directly above the man and charges downward within close range of him his hand reached out at the water that has engulfed the anonymous sea flame user his lance still at the ready in case of emegency as he continues to move at missile speed above the vast ocean

As Sicario flies up and over the swirling water continues to grow building into a massive vortex of water that reaches the clouds above. The vortex swirls with 250 pounds of force, more than enough to prevent Sicario from painlessly passing the threshold. The Sea User begins charging his flame to open his box weapon.

Since the sea user is completely covered by a shield of water he charges into the current with his Desierta Pistola in front of him and fires a rapid fire full mag at the water the moment before he reaches it forcing a hole open with his .75 cal bullets since another slug hits the water before the hole can mend every time and he then sees the seaflame user below him about to open his box and fires 8 bullets of his own will by covering his hand with his most powerful flame and shoving it inside the magazine slot of the gun as the gun glows with his desert flame now fully loaded and fires the desert flame bullets that fly at blazing speed at the hand and arm area of the sea flame user. Since it is his own pure flame the bullets have a very high B rank purity making them an even more powerful attack then his full rapid fire revolver round.
